Barrington women report indecent exposure incidents

Alleged incidents occurred in West Barrington

Posted

Barrington Police investigated two alleged indecent exposure incidents in town last week.

The first incident occurred on Aug. 29 and the second was on Aug. 30. Both victims were Barrington women and had been out walking — one was walking on Richmond Avenue while the other was on Brook Street.

Both women said a heavyset man driving a light-colored vehicle drove up to them and appeared to masturbating. Police were able to identify a suspect — an East Providence man. Police also put together a photo array lineup but the two victims were unable to identify the suspect.
