One of the highlights of the meet was Sunday's All-American performance by sophomore Joe Adams, who placed sixth in the Championship Weight Throw with a personal best of 68 feet, .25 inches.

Also on Sunday, Barrington's shuttle hurdles team of Bobby Wind, Ryan Martin, Jared Lesk, and Ethan Knight clocked a time of 31.11 to place ninth in the meet.

Brandon Piedade competed in the Championship Mile Run on Sunday, placing 66th with a time of 4:21.73.

In the Championship 60-meter hurdle race on Saturday, Bobby Wind placed 29th with a time of 8.19, and Ethan Knight placed 68th with a time of 8.35.

Brooks Mello competed in the Freshman Mile Run on Thursday, placing 27th with a time of 4:36.53.

On Friday, Mello also competed in the Freshman 800 Meter Run, placing 13th with a time of 2:02.79.

Joe Adams also competed in the Championship Weight Throw at the Nike Indoor Nationals in New York on Friday, where he placed 13th with a throw of 65 feet, 4 inches.

New Englands

Before heading to nationals, the Barrington boys track and field team competed at New Englands.

Bobby Wind finished second in the hurdles, while Ethan Knight was fifth in the same event.

The 4x800 team of Henry Stockwell, Daniel Chun, Marius Bonard, and Myles Naploitano broke the 2015 school record previously held by Mars Bishop, Lucas Bledsoe, Greald Guerrieri, and Sam Somera.

And the 4x200 team of Gabe Tanous, Charly Potter, Ethan Knight, and Iain DeBoth broke their own school record from a few weeks earlier.
