Westport man charged with OUI after disturbance

Tuesday, May 30

A 911 caller reported an accident on American Legion Highway at 7:23 a.m., but police deemed the report unfounded. Another was called in from Eddy Drive at 7:27 a.m.

An Adamsville Road resident reported a civil dispute at 11:01. Police deemed it unfounded.

Police removed a hazard on State Road after a caller flagged it at 11:05 a.m.

A Main Road resident reported identity fraud at 4:27 p.m.

Police served a restraining order on Old Bedford Road at 6:54 p.m.

Police pulled over four cars and issued three citations throughout the course of the day.

Wednesday, May 31

A 911 caller reported a motor vehicle violation on Route 88, near Charlotte White, at 5:19 p.m. Another was called in from Route 195 at 7:27 p.m.

An Old Harbor Road resident lodged animal complaints at 8:11 p.m.

Police pulled over six cars and issued two citations throughout the course of the day.

Thursday, June 1

A caller reported a suspicious car on John Reed Road at 5:44 p.m.

A 911 caller reported a disabled vehicle on Route 195 at 7:01 p.m.

A Drift Road resident lodged animal complaints at 9:09. Police responded to Route 88 for another animal complaint 20 minutes later.

Police pulled over nine cars and issued four citations throughout the course of the day.

Friday, June 2

Police investigated property damage on State Road just after 3 a.m.

Kelly M. Pike, 41, of 250 Horseneck Road, as arrested on a warrant after police pulled her over on Horseneck Road at 12:52 p.m.

Police tried but were unable to serve a summons on Boysenberry Lane at 1:48 p.m.

A 911 caller reported an accident on Tickle Road at 2:38 p.m. Another, with injuries, was called in from State Road just before 6:30 p.m., and a third came in from Sodom Road 13 minutes later.

A Sanford Road resident reported larceny, forgery or fraud just before 3 p.m.

A caller told police of an animal issue at Fisher Road and White Oak Run at 11:10 p.m.

Police investigated a disturbance on State Road at 11:43 p.m.

Police pulled over three cars and issued one citation throughout the course of the day.

Saturday, June 3

Police assisted a disabled motorist on Highridge Road at 12:17 a.m.

A woman was arrested on Pleasant Street following a report of a disturbance called in at 8:59. Police had no further information on the arrest, which occurred 34 minutes later.

A 911 caller reported an accident with injuries on Sodom Road at 10:35 a.m. Another was called in from State Road at 6:54 p.m.

A caller reported a motor vehicle violation on Route 88, at Old County, at 11:42 a.m., but police deemed it unfounded.

A 911 caller lodged animal complaints from Davis Road at 2:03 p.m.

Justin Braga, 30, of 15 Newton St., was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, second offense and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and cited for a marked lanes violation, after police got a call about a disturbance on Newton Street at 5:09 p.m.

A caller reported a suspicious vehicle on McKinley Street at 10:04 p.m.

Police pulled over five cars and issued three citations throughout the course of the day.

Sunday, June 4

Police restored the peace on Pine Hill Road after getting a call abouyt trespassing just after 10:31 a.m.

A Pine Hill Road resident lodged animal complaints at 2:33 p.m.

Police pulled over six cars and issued two citations throughout the course of the day.

Monday, June 5

A 911 caller reported a disabled vehicle on State Road at 12:12 a.m. Another was called in from State Road at 1:58 p.m.

A 911 caller reported a suspicious car on State Road at 8:46 a.m.

A caller reported an accident on Route 88 at 10:16 a.m. Another, with injuries, was called in from Horseneck Road, via 911, at 2:26 p.m.

A 911 caller from Plymouth Boulevard reported larceny, forgery or fraud at 3:17 p.m.

A caller from Main Road reported suspicious activity at 5:28 p.m.

Police pulled over four cars and issued three citations throughout the course of the day.
