At 8:35 am, a Stafford Road caller complained that Cycology Studio was using amplification to conduct an outside class.

A Hayden Avenue caller complained about barking dogs at 10:10 am.

A Nanaquaket Road resident reported people fishing on his property at 11:35 am.

A Shore Road resident reported at 11:49 am that someone had cut back her ornamental grass.

Bernadette A. Gleeson, 42, of Fall River, was arrested on a charge of vandalism at 4:05 pm at the Tiverton Casino.

A Ledoux Road resident reported being scammed through her bank account.

A complaint of fireworks in the area was reported from Haskins Road at 6:55 pm.

Loud and inappropriate music was reported on Wildrose Drive at 9:35 pm. Police said that the music will be turned down for the night.

Police were back on Wildrose Drive at 10:27 pm for a loud music complaint.

Tuesday, Sept. 8

A car had to be towed after it struck a deer on Fish Road at 7:48 am. The deer was killed.

Cory Reed, 29, of 287 State Ave., Tiverton, was arrested at 1:55 am on a Superior Court bench warrant.

Jeremy Rudman, 36, of Middletown, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence, .15 percent or greater, at 2:27 am on Route 24 near the state line.

Evan Robert Edmonds, 33, of 121 Fir Ave., Tiverton, was arrested on a warrant from another department and on a charge of driving with a suspended license at 12:40 pm at a Main Road location.

At 2:14 pm, two callers reported that they were lost on the woods near the red trail at Fort Barton. They were found at about 2:36 pm.

Alvaro E. Costa, 48, of 106 Cypress Ave., Tiverton, was arrested on charges of domestic simple assault (second offense), domestic refusal to relinquish a telephone, and driving with a suspended license.

At 6:42 pm, two people walking on Holly Circle said that two loose dogs went after them.

Eric Caron, 42, of Cranston, was arrested on a charge of willful trespassing at 9:10 pm at the Tiverton Casino.

Hubert C. Santos, 26, of New Bedford, was arrested on a willful trespassing charge at 10 pm at the Tiverton Casino.

A car hit and injured a deer on Main Road at 7:45 pm. The car was towed.

Wednesday, Sept. 9

George D. Manchester. 48, of 74 Stafford Road, Tiverton, was arrested at 3:43 pm on 15 counts of criminal violation of a no-contact order (third or more offense), and a charge of dissemination of indecent material.

Stone wall damage was reported on Terrace Avenue at 9:54 am.

The animal control officer was called to Canonicus Street at 12:43 pm to assist with catching emotional support animals (cats) that had escaped from a house. The cats were not located.

A State Avenue business was told to extinguish a trash fire at 4:07 pm.

An intoxicated man was reported by a 911 caller near a Riverside Road boatyard a 9:27 pm. He was transported to the hospital.

A Main Road driver called 911 at 10:59 pm to report road rage — said a driver was following him. Police managed to stop the vehicle in question.

Thursday, Sept. 10

Michael A. Tester, 37, of Westport, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended license, second offense, at 5:11 pm on Bulgarmarsh Road.

Jeffrey L. Berube, 49, of 162 Main Road, Tiverton, was arrested on charges of domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct at 6:45 pm at that address.

An East Beardsworth Road resident reported that packages were taken from his front porch.

A swan found in the Town Farm area was taken to a clinic for treatment after being found at 12:07 pm.

Friday, Sept. 11

Julio DeSouza, 37, of 106 Kaufman Road, Tiverton, was arrested on a charge of reckless driving at 6:06 pm in the vicinity of 446 Main Road.

The harbormaster was called at 7:17 am to deal with a sailboat adrift off Seapowet Avenue.

A resident reported being the victim of an “Apple Support” scam.

A Holly Circle resident reported being bitten in the leg by a black dog at 2:44 pm.

At 3:01 pm, a Stony Hollow Rod resident reported being bitten through the pants by a dog while skateboarding in front of his house.

At 8:35 pm, a 911 caller reported a fight behind a Canonicus Street house between two men, one of whom has a hammer.

People were said to be screaming at each other behind a Stafford Road business at 8:47 pm.

Police were called to assist with casino ejections at 9:07 pm.

Saturday, Sept. 12

A large gathering with no facemarks was reported at Town Farm at 10:31 am. Police responded but said they found people wearing masks and social distancing.

Hayley Tripp, 27, of Fall River, was arrested on charges of domestic simple assault, vandalism, and domestic vandalism at 11:55 am at a Crandall Road location.

Police helped with casino ejections at 11:47 am.

A Beardswoth Road resident called at 12:46 pm to report that she could see on her remote camera a man walking around her house

Police were called to a Seapowet Avenue potato farm at 3:11 pm for a complaint of people hunting and shooting. The state DEM, which owns the farm, was notified.

Shots coming from a nearby farm were reported on Fogland Road at 5:57 pm. The shots turned out to be firecrackers.

A Roseland Drive caller reported a large wedding playing music loudly at 8:32 pm. An officer found the noise level “reasonable” but notified the party of the 10 pm noise ordinance.

A Canonicus Street caller reported that the operator of a black pickup truck was lighting off fireworks.

Sunday, Sept. 13

A caller reported a loud party in a Stafford Road back yard at 2:19 pm. Police told the partiers to turn it down.

A tree down in the roadway was reported on Hayden Avenue at 2:15 pm.

Alan B. Zielke, 55, of 184 Hayden Ave., Tiverton, was arrested on a charge of simple assault at 3:30 pm at a Main Road upholstery business.

A 911 caller reported a man hanging out of a car’s sunroof on Route 24 at 8:06 pm.

Several callers reported fireworks in the area of Grinnell Avenue at 10:14 pm.

A loud party in the back yard was reported on Kearns Avenue at 11:35 pm. An officer said that the partiers are just leaving.

Monday, Sept. 14

A man and a woman were reported to be arguing loudly on a boat near Nanaquaket Bridge at 1:17 am. All is quite an officer reported a few minutes later.
