PHOTOS: Cutting class in Westport
More than 50 Westport students had their ears lowered free of charge Monday, when Westport Community Schools held its first-ever free haircut day at Westport Middle High School. A styling team of Sue Brasells, AshlEy Galinha, David Vieira and Brittany Brasells provided the scissors, and parents who signed their children up for a cut arrived steadily throughout the day for their appointments. School officials hope to host the hair-cutting day next year as well.
