A resident called police at 6:28 p.m. to report the theft of personal information — bank has been notified and would like file a police report.
Wednesday, Feb. 12
At 9:50 a.m., a caller asked police to check on her mother — “unable to get in touch with her.” Police checked and reported that all is well.
Thursday, Feb. 13
Christopher N. Gonsalves, 32, of Johnston, was arrested on charges of possession of Schedule III narcotics and driving with a suspended license. He was stopped on Crandall Road near Bramblewood Court at 12:40 p.m.
At 11:32 p.m., another police department reported receiving a hang-up call involving a man and woman involved in a “heavy dispute” about money. Little Compton Police went to the Long Highway address mentioned but found that the couple no longer live there — “No issue here.”
Friday, Feb. 14
At 8:20 p.m., police were called to a motor vehicle accident at the corner of Old West Main Road and West Main Road.
Saturday, Feb. 15
A Little Compton resident was summonsed for driving with a suspended license at 8:30 p.m. on West Main Road.
Sunday, Dec. 16
A Simmons Road resident came to the station to report that his vehicle was stolen the previous night from a West Main Road location. He said the keys had been left on the floor.
