Bristol COVID cases double in less than a week — town-by-town count

Another 97 Rhode Islanders tested positive for coronavirus from Friday to Saturday, the state announced Saturday, with some of those new cases involving East Bay residents. 

Bristol’s total number of cases doubled from five on Monday to 10 as of Saturday. East Providence has now had 23 confirmed cases, Barrington is now at 13.
