Police spoke with a driver who had been reported earlier as being in a road rage incident in Bristol.

Katherine N. Carroll, 37, of 11 Kenny Drive, was charged with possession of drugs after a caller reported a woman driving 15 miles per hour, and weaving in and out of the lane of travel on Metacom Avenue, at 4:38 p.m. Police located the driver, who appeared sleepy and was slurring her speech. They discovered four Xanax and 25 Clonazepam pills, for which she did not have a prescription.

A Brown Street woman complained that her tenant gave her a rubber check.

Tuesday, Aug. 6

Brittany E. Willard, 22, of Johnston, was charged with possession of marijuana (over one ounce) after police pulled her over on Market Street at 12:22 a.m. Police said she had just over one ounce and could not produce a Medical Marijuana card.

Rescue crews transported a heavily intoxicated woman to the hospital, following a call to Main Street at 2:41 p.m.

A resident reported theft from a boat moored on the Kickemuit River.

Police were asked to check on the well-being of an intoxicated man on Main Street; rescue crews took him to the hospital.

A caller from Croade Street reported that his girlfriend and mom were arguing.

Wednesday, Aug. 7

Victor J. Roman, 27, of Providence, was charged with driving after the denial, suspension or revocation of his license, second offense, after police pulled him over on Market Street at 2:19 p.m.

A caller complained that kids on Water Street were vandalizing a bike they claimed belonged to them. They were gone by the time police arrived a few minutes later.

Ethan M. Costa, 23, of 16 Patience Lane, was charged with possession of a small amount of heroin after police pulled him over on Market Street at 8:51 p.m.

Multiple callers reported hearing a domestic argument on Mayo Drive at 9:10 p.m.

Thursday, Aug. 8

A Hope Street woman complained that someone defaced her property with spray paint.

A bike was reported stolen on Schoolhouse Road. Another stolen bike call came in a few hours later from Federal Street.

A Croade Street woman told police that her daughter was being harassed over a parking issue.

Kyle C. Francis, 35, of Bristol, was picked up on a warrant for domestic assault/battery, violation of a no contact order and domestic disorderly conduct.

Friday, Aug. 9

A Miller Street woman reported the theft of merchandise from a business. She did not wish to pursue the matter but police advised her to contact them if the subjects, several juveniles, return.

A Fairview Avenue man told police someone was attempting to frame him for fraud. Police said it was a phone scam and advised him to ignore it.

A man reported possible drug activity on Nobert Street.

A woman complained of loud music on Wood Street just before 10 p.m.

Joseph A. Squatrito, 33, of Bristol, was charged with two counts of possession of cocaine and two Ecstacy pills, and driving after the denial/suspension or revocation of his license, third or subsequent offense, after police pulled him over on Metacom Avenue at 10:39 p.m.

Saturday, Aug. 10

Fire crews responded to Seymour Street at 7 a.m. for a report of a garage on fire.

A Main Street man complained that his mother took his religious hunting knife.

A Schoolhouse Road woman reported being harassed.

A woman reported being harassed by the owner of an AirBnB on Shore Drive. Later, the man called and reported that people renting the unit had left property damage.

A Main Street man called police after suspecting that someone broke into his home while he was away.

Sunday, Aug. 11

Jose M. Miranda, 51, of 10 Sisson St., was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, first offense, and refusal to submit to a chemical test, after police pulled him over on Main Street at 2:09 a.m.

A woman complained that it looked like someone attempted to break into a pool house on Main Street.

A State Street resident reported neighbors arguing at 9:28 a.m.

Lionel Debrito, 29, of Providence, was charged with driving after the denial, suspension or revocation of his license, second offense, after police pulled him over on Main Street just before 5 p.m.

Steven C. Lopes, 43, of 350 Main St., Apt. 3, was charged with domestic simple assault/battery, simple assault or battery, and disorderly conduct, after police were called to Main Street for a domestic disturbance at 11:27 p.m.
