Residential Properties Ltd. recently announced the sale of 10 Stonegate Road in Warren for $1,895,000. RPL Sales Associate Alicia Reynolds represented the seller as the listing agent in this transaction.

According to State-Wide MLS data, this is the second-highaest Warren residential sale of any kind, ever, and the highest Warren sale since 2006.

Sitting along picturesque Mt. Hope Bay, the five-bedroom home with nearly an acre and a half of land showcases sweeping views of the water. The home includes three and a half bathrooms, a large eat-in kitchen, as well as dining and living rooms, all with large windows and views of the water.
