Animal complaints came in at 10:47 and 11:12 a.m. from Chester Street.

A Main Road resident reported threats just before 1 p.m.

Mark A. Botelho Jr., 38, of 112 Davis St., Apt. 2E, Fall River, was charged with possesion of a weapon other than a firearm, after police pulled him over on Hurst Lane at 6:28 p.m.

Tuesday, Oct. 1

A caller reported suspicious activity on Holly Lane at 1:19 a.m., but police said no offense occurred.

A caller complained of blasting on Fish Road, just after 6 a.m.

Animal complaints came in from Main Road (7:18 a.m.), Leger Lane (8:05 a.m.) and Chester Street (3:26 p.m.). As a result of the Leger Lene call, Tallia M. Houle, 30, of Tiverton, was cited for two counts of keeping a dog at large, second offense, and two counts of violating by-laws regarding the prohibition of keeping a public nuisance of animals.

A commercial truck owned by a Portsmouth firm, earlier reported stolen, was recovered in the parking lot of a Stafford Road business.

A Leger Lane resident reported an alleged case of fraud at 2:17 p.m. A similar call, this time for identity theft, came in from Ash Avenue at 4:54 p.m.

A 911 caller reported an erratic driver on Route 24 at 5:19 p.m., but a police search came up empty.

Amber L. Silva, 26, of 29 Canonicus St., was charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct, after police were called to her home at 8:33 p.m. for a domestic disturbance.

Wednesday, Oct. 2

Peter G. DiMarzo, 36, of 97 Bellview Ave., was charged with failure to stop for an accident resulting in damage to a vehicle, and obstructing an officer, after he walked in to the police station at 6:50 a.m.

An animal complaint came in from Lake Road just after 9:30 a.m.

A Riverside Drive resident reported fraud at 10:04 a.m.

A Crest Road man lodged harassment/threat reports at 11:29 a.m.

Residents of Highland Road and Main Road complained of property damage at 4:55 p.m. and 6:22 p.m., respectively.

Thursday, Oct. 3

A Canonicus Street resident reported fraud at 12:56 p.m.

A caller from Stafford Road reported a scam at 4:17 p.m. A similar call came in from Michaels Lane at 9:43 a.m.

An animal complaint came in from King Road at 9:51 p.m.

Friday, Oct. 4

Animal complaint came in from Main Road at 8:46 a.m., and Mill Street at 9:07 a.m.

A Pools Lane caller complained of harassment and threats at 2:04 p.m. A similar call came in from Wood Lily Lane at 4:56 p.m.

A 911 caller reported a disturbance on Stafford Road at 6:35 p.m., but police said there was no offense.

A caller complained of a suspicious person on Hooper Street at 8:18 p.m.

Vandalism at Tiverton High School was reported at 10:11 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 5

An animal complaint received from Bulgarmarsh Road at 1:05 a.m. was transferred to the state Department of Environmental Management. A second similar call came in from Crandall Road at 10:55 a.m.

Police were asked to keep the peace at a Bulgarmarsh Road address at 8:37 a.m.

A 911 caller reported a disturbance on Lepes Road at 3:27 p.m.

A fireworks complaint came in from Hancock Street at 10:40 p.m., but police deemed it unfounded.

Sunday, Oct. 6

Animal complaints came in from Stafford Road at 11:34 a.m., and Massey Road at 1:54 p.m.

A caller reported a disturbance on Olympia Avenue at 5:26 p.m.

A caller reported a weapons violation in Weetamoo Woods, at the east entrance, at 6:31 p.m.

Police warned a driver after officers received a call regarding an erratic driver on Main Road at 7:33 p.m.
