Twelve acres near Fogland sell for $1.2 million
A 12-acre stretch of coastal land just south of Fogland Beach has sold for $1.2 million, the biggest land sale in Tiverton in six years. The property at 0 High Hill has two approved buildable lots, and the seller was represented by Mott & Chace Sotheby's International Realty. Gustave White Sotheby's International Realty represented the buyer. The property includes sweeping views and is tucked among more than 150 acres of protected farm fields and marsh — "one of the last great Tiverton coastal land offerings of its kind,” said Cherry Arnold of Mott & Chace.
