Tiverton Police: Three arrested at hotel

Tuesday, Oct. 1

Regan E. Rodrigues, 28, was charged with driving with a foreign license while her license was suspended at 1 p.m. at the Bourne Mill Apartments.

Thursday, Oct. 3

At 9:48 a.m., Michael Peixoto, 43, of 136 Lepes Road, Tiverton, was charged with ‘dog at large’, second offense, in violation of town ordinance.

Richard W. Botelho, 29, of Fairhaven, Mass., was charged with larceny over $500 and possession of a stolen vehicle at 12:36 p.m. on Crandall Road.

Friday, Oct. 4

At 2:01 a.m. on Route 24 near Eagleville Road, Kristin A. Costa, 42, of Somerset, Mass., was charged with driving under the influence.

Saturday, Oct. 5

Police were called to the Tiverton Casino Hotel where, at 2:16 a.m., they arrested Owen P. Tavares, 21, of Fall River, on charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct.

At 11 a.m. on Route 24, police arrested Kimberly L. Ouellette, 48, , Mass., on a charged of driving with a foreign license while her license was suspended.

Sunday, Oct. 26

At 2:28 a.m. in the area of 700 Main Road, police arrested Stacy L. Demoranville, 28, of Rehoboth, Mass., on a charge of driving under the influence.

Nicole A. Franco, 33, of Fall River, was charged with disorderly conduct and simple assault at 5:46 p.m. at a Hooper Street residence.

Christopher Hayes, 43, of Fall River, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at 11:30 p.m. at the Tiverton Casino Hotel.

Monday, Oct. 7

Wayne R. Glaneuski, 30, of Carver, Mass., was arrested on a bench warrant from 4th District Court at 3:20 a.m. at the Tiverton Casino Hotel.
