Someone dumped brush from a pickup truck at a Brayton Road location at 10:30 a.m., a 911 caller reported. An officer stopped the suspect truck— the driver agreed to go back and pick up the brush.

A construction company was told to remind its dump truck drivers of the weight limit on Warren Avenue.

Tuesday, June 16

A bullet was found on Main Road at 8:07 a.m.

A Hambly Road resident reported that his neighbor won't let a home repair company park vehicles on the roadway. Police returned to that location a few minutes later when the dispute resumed.

Parrish E. Olsen, 42. of 25 Alan Street, Tiverton, was arrested on two charges of possession of a controlled substance at 10:06 p.m. at a Main Road location.

Nicholas J. Lapointe-Peckham, 26, of 25 Alan Street, Tiverton, was arrested on two charges of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of a prohibited weapon, other than a firearm, at 10:06 p.m. at a Main Road location.

At 3:49 p.m., owners of cars double parked at Fogland Point were advised to move their vehicles.

The driver of a quad vehicle was reported to be doing wheelies on Crandall Road at 4:32 p.m.

At 4:41 p.m., a woman reported that two men stole her pocketbook on Leger Lane and took off in a white Audi.

A Haskins Avenue resident called 911 at 8:34 p.m. to report someone throwing firecrackers at the house.

Multiple callers complained of fireworks being shot off from the area of Robert Gray Avenue at 9:22 p.m.

At 9:53 p.m., a caller complained of fireworks in the Wildrose Drive area.

Wednesday, June 17

Police went to Main Road for a complaint of a party who will not leave an Airbnb.

Police went to the Dadson Mobile Home park to deal with a property line dispute.

A caller reported a jet skier speeding through the Tiverton Basin no-wake zone and doing donuts. The jet ski was gone when officers arrived.

At 3:50 p.m., a Narrow Avenue farm owner called to say he believed some animals had been stolen. Minutes later the animals were located.

Police were called to Main Road near the Fall River line for juveniles lighting off fireworks at 7:29 p.m.

A Bulgarmarsh Road caller reported a missing laptop; feared it might have fallen out of the back of his pickup.

Thursday, June 18

Joseph Ventura, 83. of Fall River, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on Bridle Way on charges of reckless driving and failure to stop for an accident resulting in damage to a vehicle.

Remy E. Aull, 37, of 730 Windwood Drive, Tiverton, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended license, third offense, at 8:28 p.m. on Warren Avenue.

Police received more reports of dump trucks using Warren Avenue.

Police received blasting complaints shortly after 1 p.m. from residents of Warren Avenue, Hambly Road and Eagleville Road.

Police went to Hooper Street at 8:42 p.m. for fireworks complaints. No fireworks were found but several illegally parked vehicles were ticketed.

Friday, June 19

At 6:52 a.m., police and rescue went to Shove Street for a two-car motor vehicle accident with injuries. One person was taken to Charlton Memorial Hospital.

At 8:08 a.m., a caller from the Coast Guard in New Haven, Conn., notified a Tiverton resident that his boat had been found capsized. The boat is not his, the resident said.

Starting at 9:20 a.m., police received reports of vehicles broken into on Watermark Drive, Starboard Drive, Yardarm Street, Topsail Drive and other locations. Items taken included cameras and alcohol.

Ryan T. Kilby, 34, of 72 Kevin Ave., Tiverton, was arrested at 11:37 p.m. at that address on charges of domestic simple assault, domestic vandalism, domestic disorderly conduct and on a warrant.

Police went to Pocasset School at 5:40 p.m. after a caller said that a coyote is stalking children.

A caller reported at 6:15 p.m. that a person was kicking and punching a dog on Blueberry Lane.

At 6:19 p.m., people with dogs on Fogland Beach were alerted that dogs are not allowed on the beach.

Saturday, June 20

Police were called to Grinnell's Beach at 2:52 a.m. for four people urinating on the side of a building — incident recorded on camera.

A Fernandes Ave caller reported at 12:33 p.m. that a large snapping turtle was in his garage. Police called DEM which replied that it would not be responding.

At 5:23 p.m., firefighters from Tiverton and Little Compton were called to 243 East Road for fire in a large shed. The fire was knocked down by 5:36 p.m. and crews left by 6:54 p.m.

At 6:49 p.m., police went to Fogland Beach for a report of a disturbance with five people arguing. A Fall River resident was cited for having a suspended license.

Sunday, June 21

Daniel J. Neronha Jr., 49, of 39 Sawdy Pond Road, Tiverton, was arrested on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct at 3:40 a.m. at that address.

Callers reported fireworks on Haskins Avenue at 8:10 p.m., at Fogland Beach at 8:49 p.m., at Captain's Circle at 8:58 p.m., and at Town Farm at 9:20 p.m.

Monday, June 22

A Main Road resident called 911 at 12:16 a.m. to report that someone had shot a hold in a window with a pellet gun.

At 1:16 a.m., a Schooner Drive caller reported fishermen yelling and being loud. “Those parties will be on their way,” police said.
