Tiverton Police: Arrests for DUI, assault and impersonating an officer

Tiverton police officers made an array of arrests from Sept. 20 to 26. Following are arrests from the Tiverton Police Department log.

Monday, Sept. 20

Derek V. Pereira, 35, of 21 Cleveland St., Westport, was charged with driving without the consent of the owner, after police responded to the Tiverton Casino Hotel.

Scott Kenneth Rogers, 35, of 11 Rosalyn Ave., Apt. 1, Westport, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, after police responded to Tiverton Casino Boulevard.

Joshua A. Clark, 37, of 33 Rock St., Apt. A, Tiverton, was arrested on a bench warrant issued from Second Division District Court.

Jessica N. Lubas, 20, of 45 Willow St., was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, BAC unknown, after being pulled over on Old Stafford Road.

Zachary Williams, 29, of 32 Main Road, Apt. C, Tiverton, was charged with domestic simple assault and/or battery, second offense, domestic disorderly conduct, and disorderly conduct.

Joshua R. Wood, 29, of 17 Bardsley St., FL1, Fall River, was charged with carrying a pistol or firearm without a license or permit, impersonation of a public officer and disorderly conduct.

Tuesday, Sept. 21

Shawn P. Imbeau, 25, of 237 Hooper St., Tiverton, was arrested on a Rhode Island Superior Court bench warrant.

Peter G. DiMarzo, 32, of 75 E. Beardworth Road, Tiverton, was charged with domestic simple assault and/or battery, domestic disorderly conduct, simple assault and/or battery, domestic vandalism and possession of more than one ounce of marijuana.

Tuesday, Sept. 22

Mark A. Demello, 33, of 1295 Stafford Road, Apt. 8, Tiverton, was charged with domestic simple assault and/or battery and domestic disorderly conduct.

Patrick C. Warren, 49, of 8 Gunning Court, Middletown, was charged with willful trespass.

Duncan N. Ingraham, 77, of 55 Sigourney Road, Portsmouth, was charged with willful trespass.

Dennis M. Mello, 70, of 145 Bellview Ave., Tiverton, was charged with simple assault and/or battery.

Daniel R. Thibeault, 27, of 77 Baptist St., Swansea, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance (10 grams or less).

Friday, Sept. 24

Christopher DeSouza, 49, of 149 Child St., Apt. 2, Warren, was charged with criminal violation of a no contact order, first offense.

Steven S. Cambedo, 48, of 32 Queen St., Fall River, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Justin M. Dupras, 39, of 201 Friendship St., Fall River, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Saturday, Sept. 25

Edward A. Noble, 37, of 433 Ray St., Fall River, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, BAC .1 to .15.

Charlotte Gonsalves, 30, of 102 Mill St., New Bedford, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Sunday, Sept. 26

Mark R. Costa, 28, of 1163 American Legion Highway, Apt. D4, Westport, was charged with driving under the influence.

Erick O Agosto Serrano, 23, of 105 Park St., Apt. 1, Fall River, was arrested on a bench warrant issued by Sixth Division District Court.

Ingrid Tejada, 56, of 143 3rd St., Apt. 4F, was charged with driving under the influence, second offense.
