Little Compton Police: Domestic assault charged

After a 5:18 pm motor vehicle stop on West Main Road, Ryan R. Delgado, 23, of Fall River, was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana, more than one ounce.

Wednesday, March 3

At 1:59 pm, a resident came to the station to speak to an officer about a matter of larceny/fraud.

Thursday, March 4

A credit card found outside the library was brought to the police station at 4:43 pm. The owner came in later to pick it up.

Friday, March 5

Justin Castanho, 33, of 25 Long Highway, Little Compton, was arrested on a charge of domestic simple assault at 10:15 am.

A Peckham Road resident called to report that a truck, possibly belonging to a tree company, had left tire tracks in the yard and sawdust at the end of the driveway.
