Letter: Vaccine must be priority number one for Congress

To the editor:

It is time now for our legislators in Washington, DC to focus on the distribution of the Coronavirus caccine to every U.S. citizen, quickly and decisively!

The new Biden Administration should put this at the top of the list, for the sooner we are all vaccinated, the sooner this Covid virus will fade into history.

Every single effort of our Congress should now be concentrating on this goal. After all, most of them are already vaccinated, and it is the voter constituency who pay their salaries and are now being told to wait patiently for vaccine distribution by Dr. Alexander-Scott of RIDOH because there is not enough vaccine being sent to Rhode Island and other states to meet the demands of each state.

There is no greater goal than vaccinating everyone in our great nation against the Coronavirus and lifting our country from this unprecedented pandemic NOW!

Get moving Congress! Time is of the essence!
