Genevieve B. Ball, 93, Tiverton

Genevieve B. (Zmuda) Ball, 93, of Tiverton, passed away October 11, 2019, at her home.

She was the loving wife of the late Lester F. Ball for 35 years until his passing in 1985. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Philip S. and Stella N. (Wlodoski) Zmuda.

Mrs. Ball was employed by Edgar’s Department Store for over 25 years before retiring. She was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed watching the Cooking Channel, traveling and spending time with her beloved family.

Survivors include her daughters, Leslie A. Poldervaart and Joan B. Chabot (husband Skip), both of Tiverton; her grandchildren, Kenneth J. McCrosson (companion Noelle Brooks) and Kathi A. Krause (husband Nicholas); her great grandchildren, Kenneth J. (KJ) McCrosson, Aidan J. McCrosson and Shelby S. Krause; her brother, Stanley P. Zmuda (wife Pauline); one niece and two nephews.

Cremation arrangements are entrusted to South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant St. Fall River,. Memorial services are private. www.southcoastfuneralhome.com
