The sale of an exclusive Bristol estate recently set the high mark for Bristol County home prices in 2019. The property at 13 Low Lane, which is nestled close to the Mt. Hope Bridge, facing south with majestic views of Narragansett Bay, sold for $3,170,000.

The sale included three parcels totaling more than seven acres. An eight-bedroom, 6,290-square-foot home with pool was designed by renowned New York architect Eldredge Snyder. It includes 400 feet of water frontage and a deep-water dock.

“These buyers had a long list of must-haves, and this property checked all the boxes,” said buyers’ agent, Caroline Richards, “After one visit, they were smitten.”

Caroline Richards and Leslie Hogan of Hogan Associates represented the buyer, Malvern Trust. Kris Chwalk and Elizabeth Kirk of Residential Properties represented the seller, the Paul C. Nicholson Qualified Residential Trust.

“It’s always gratifying when places as beautiful as this end up in the hands of people who want to preserve them,” said Ms. Hogan.
