A 13-year-old juvenile was arrested at 8:28 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

Vandalism damage was reported at 8:32 a.m. on Harris Avenue.
A report of an abandoned lizard on Warren Avenue was filed at 1:09 p.m.

Tuesday, Jan. 11
Ryan Vazquez, 36, of Warren, was arrested on a warrant charge at 5:04 a.m. on Market Street. He was charged with three counts of domestic violence (unlawful breaking and entering of a dwelling, first offense; simple assault and/or battery, third offense; disorderly conduct, first offense), and larceny in excess of $1,500 but below $5,000. He was transported to court later that morning.

Feuding parties were dispersed from Munro Avenue at 6:33 p.m.

A caller on Market Street reported that a group of juveniles were outside his residence throwing rocks at his windows at 9:28 p.m. A subsequent report indicates the juveniles returned 20 minutes later, and then again at 10:30 p.m., but they were not located by police any of the three times. Police were able to determine that what the caller thought was a disturbance was actually vehicle headlights causing a glare on the resident’s window.

Wednesday, Jan. 12
A caller reported there were hunters on the beach near Laurel Lane at 10:03 a.m., but the matter was resolved by police as a misunderstanding.

A caller on Child Street reported at 3:53 p.m. someone standing outside with what appeared to be a purse that had been stolen from her.

A caller on Franklin Street reported at 9:48 p.m. that they had several car parts stolen from them several weeks ago while the car was parked at the Park and Ride.

Joseph Pannoni, 39, of Warren, was arrested following a disturbance on Main Street at 9:53 p.m. and was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was arraigned shortly after midnight and transported to Rhode Island Hospital shortly afterward.

Thursday, Jan. 13
Gunshots reported at 10:00 a.m. near Summit Drive was likely caused by waterfowl hunters.

A resident on Katie Drive reported at 12:14 p.m. that their vehicle had been keyed.

A motorist struck and killed a deer near Birchswamp Road and Market Street, which was reported at 5:22 p.m. The motorist was unharmed and DEM was notified.

Friday, Jan. 14
A downed cable line was reported on Vernon Street at 1:13 p.m.
A hit and run incident involving a parked vehicle was reported on Water Street at 4:24 p.m. Nobody was injured and the offending vehicle fled south but was not located.

A possible solicitor on Fatima Drive was reported at 7:07 p.m. but were gone when police showed up.

Police reported at 8:03 p.m. that a truck drove onto the median near Child Street and Long Lane and struck a street sign, which was damaged.

Saturday, Jan. 15
Two people were dispersed from behind a building on Schoolhouse Road at 4:37 p.m.

Sunday, Jan. 16
Alejandro Flanagan, 29, of Warren, was arrested on a warrant at 1:30 p.m. and transported to the custody of Cranston PD.

Michael Bancroft, 53, of Warren, was arrested following a domestic incident on Child Street and charged with two counts of domestic violence (simple assault and/or battery, first offense; and disorderly conduct, first offense). He was arraigned and released later the following morning.

Monday, Jan. 17
A broken water pipe was reported on Union Street at 2:09 a.m. but no damage to the pipe was observed.
