Shortly after the end of the school day at Barrington High School, an 18-year-old student was confronted, egged into a fight, and attacked by multiple assailants. The victim sustained serious facial injuries during the attack. The fight occurred just south of the high school, not on school property, but in an area that is town property, near the Barrington Public Works yard.
