Officials are rescheduling the outdoor movie planned for Wednesday night at Barrington Farm School.

“Due to the extreme heat and humidity, as well as a small chance of rain, we along with the Barrington Farm School have made the difficult decision to reschedule our Outdoor Movie Night to Monday, July 21,” stated an email from Barrington Public Library.

“Thank you for your understanding. We hope everyone is staying safe. Please remember that the Library is a designated cooling center and is free and open to all!”

Barrington Farm School had planned to host “The Goonies” for an outdoor movie night on Wednesday, June 25. The movie was scheduled to follow a tour of the working farm property.
