Take-Out Thursday Returns to Holy Angels Church

Posted

The fully-accessible hall downstairs at Holy Angels Church in Barrington will reopen on March 21 for Take-Out Thursday, a food sale fundraiser to which the public is cordially invited.

A delicious, to-go menu featuring modestly-priced options of baked honey chicken wings, classic beef and beans chili with cornbread, baked mac-n-cheese sprinkled with breadcrumbs, and a pulled pork sandwich combo served with coleslaw, baked beans, and a pickle, will be offered from 3 to 6:30pm, or while supplies last, as will assorted fresh-baked desserts.

Please note that phone-ahead orders for this event, though not required, are suggested, and will be accepted from now until the food sale closes.

Anyone interested in ordering is welcome to contact a parishioner volunteer by calling 465-8439 or 249-1104 with any questions and to arrange for expedited pick-up.

Take-Out Thursday proceeds will benefit the efforts of the Social Outreach Ministry, a charitable apostolate of Holy Angels Parish.
