Spring Book Sale at Weaver Library
The Friends of the East Providence Public Library will hold a Spring Book Sale on Fri. & Sat., April 26 & 27 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free. Thousands of books will be available. Hard and soft cover books are $1, children’s 50¢, pocket-sized paperbacks are 50¢ each or 3 for $1 and CDs, DVDs and audio books are $1. Books are sorted in more than 50 categories and are easily accessible on display cases; novels are in order by author’s last name. . On sale are novels, vintage, collectible, author-signed, classics and books on business, health, sports, cooking and gardening. Also offered are books on science, history, art and more, as well as sheet music, comics and puzzles. Benefit East Providence Public Library.
