Antiques and Americana expert Stephen Fletcher will attempt to solve the mystery behind antiques and curios and will offer up informal, verbal appraisals. The recently retired VP of Skinner Inc. has been a frequent guest on WGBH’s “Antiques Roadshow.” (No coins, stamps, modern firearms or jewelry). One item per person.

WHAT: Antiques Show and Tell

WHEN: Saturday, Jan. 25, at 2 p.m.

WHERE: Westport Public Library, 408 Old County Road

COST: $10 per appraisal (cash or check); donation of $5 for audience.
