RIHA to Host ServSafe Food Safety Management Full Certification Training Class

Join the RI Hospitality Association (RIHA) for a ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Full-Certification Training class on Tuesday, December 10th at Room S216 at the New England Institute of Technology. This new, one-day course meets current Rhode Island Department of Health training requirements for food licenses. Topics addressed include:

● Proper personal hygiene

● Cross contamination prevention

● Time and temperature controls

● Cleaning and sanitizing

● Allergen training

Private Food Handler Training is also available. Food Handler Training should not be mistaken for Food Safety Manager Certification.
