Richard Giusto, 57, of 47 Coomer Ave., Warren, died, Sunday, August 23, 2020, at Crestwood Nursing Home, Warren.

Born in Providence, RI, on February 26, 1963, he was the son of Joseph Giusto and stepson of Elizabeth S. Giusto. He was the son of the late Theresa (Procopio) Giusto.

Rick had been a resident of Tiverton for many years, previously living in Warren. He was a communicant of St. Mary of the Bay Church. He was a graduate of Bristol High School. Rick enjoyed traveling, especially to Disney World and family in Florida. He enjoyed video games and the Boston sports teams.  But he loved his family most of all. Rick loved the Bristol Fourth of July parade and the marching band competition. In his youth, he attended Camp Stone Tower and he had participated in Special Olympics.

Rick had many jobs over the years.  His favorite and final job was working as a cleaning attendant at the Amicable Congregational Church in Tiverton.

Besides his father and stepmother, he is survived by two brothers, Mark Giusto of Port St. Lucie, FL and David Giusto and his spouse Jamie of Boxford, MA; three sisters, Rebecca Carpinone of Riverside, RI, Maureen Trenn and her spouse Michael of Warren, RI, and Judy Glynn and her spouse Brendan of Palmetto Bay, FL; three nephews, Rocco Giusto, Domenic Giusto and Aidan Glynn; three nieces, Diana Carpinone, Jeanette Giusto and Holly Pacheco and her spouse Scott; two great-nephews, James Ziminsky and Harrison Pacheco; and one great-niece, Riley Pacheco.

Funeral services and visiting hours will be private.

Burial will take place on Thursday, August 27, 2020, at 11 a.m. in St. Mary of the Bay Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Crestwood Nursing Home Patient Activities Fund, 568 Child St., Warren, RI 02885.
