PORTSMOUTH — Here are some recent highlights from the Portsmouth Police report:
Tuesday, Feb. 11
Herick Agosto-Rodriguez, 33, of 16 Holly St. (second floor), New Bedford, was charged with driving without an active license after being stopped for a traffic violation on West Main Road at Melville School shortly after 10 a.m.
Jose L. Lora Vargas, 22, of 90 Girard Ave., Apt. 140, Newport, was charged with driving after his license had been denied, suspended or revoked, after being pulled over for multiple traffic violations on West Main Road at about 1:30 p.m.
Jason T. Rutter, 39, of 7 Sagamore St., was arrested at his home around 7:10 p.m. on a warrant that had been issued by the Woonsocket Police Department. He was later transferred to Woonsocket.
Wednesday, Feb. 12
Craig S. Iannucci, 24, of 169 Rugby St., Providence, was charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense) and driving without an active license (third offense) after being pulled over for a traffic violation on West Main Road at the Middletown line at about 1:35 a.m. He was also cited for refusing to submit to a chemical test.
Saturday, Feb. 15
David J, Partridge, 47, of 112 Waterman St., Unit 3, Providence, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and driving while intoxicated (first offense), after being pulled over for a traffic violation on West Main Road at West Passage Drive at about 1:10 a.m. During a search of the vehicle, police said they found amphetamines, marijuana and marijuana wax. Mr. Partridge was also cited for refusing a chemical test and possession of one ounce or less of marijuana.
William A. Kilburn, 36, of 63 Dora St., Pawtucket, was arrested on a Superior Court full bench warrant after the vehicle in which he was a passenger was stopped for a traffic violation on West Main Road at Locust Avenue around 3:45 p.m.
Sunday, Feb. 16
Matthew Shanley, 60, of 16 Rayfield Road, Marshfield, Mass., was charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense) after being pulled over for several traffic violations on West Main Road at Turkey Hill just after midnight. He was also cited for refusing a chemical test.
Matthew J Spencer, 40, of 4 Indian Wood Way, Canton, Mass., was charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense) after being stopped for a traffic violation on West Main Road at Corys Lane around 1:35 a.m. Mr. Spencer was also cited for refusing a chemical test.
Cheyneicka I. Frazier, 33, of 106 Rogers Lane, Middletown, was charged with driving without an active license after being pulled over for a traffic violation shortly before 8 p.m. on Stringham Road at West Main Road.
Gage M. O’Hanley, 25, of 84 Foote St., Fall River, was arrested on a bench warrant issued by 2nd District Court following a motor vehicle stop on West Main Road at Turkey Hill at about 11:35 p.m.
Wednesday, Feb. 19
Milton E. Florez, 50, of 884 Main St., Apt. 1, Pawtucket, was charged with driving after his license had been suspended at about 2:45 a.m. He was pulled over on West Main Road at Melville School for committing a road violation, according to police.
