PORTSMOUTH — The SoBo (South Boston) Porsche Club brought its prized possessions to the Newport Car Museum on Sunday.

Over 300 people came out to enjoy the spectacle of 60 Porsches outside in a special corral, as well as more cars inside the museum located in the Raytheon complex.

The 50,000-square-foot museum has been open since June 1 and has welcomed more than 7,000 visitors through its doors. It houses five galleries (Ford/Shelby, Corvette, world cars, Mopars and fin cars) for over 50 vehicles.

The museum has 5,000 square feet of event space and is planning to announce a membership program soon. For more information, visit www.newportcarmuseum.org.

He also loves to cook crazy New Orleans dishes for his wife of 25 years, Michelle, and their two sons, Jake and Max.
