Polo season opens with match against Chile
The Newport International Polo Series will open its 28th season this Saturday, June 1, at 5 p.m. with USA vs. Chile, and will continue through September. Matches are at 5 p.m. on Saturdays (4 p.m. beginning Aug. 31) and a few other days. They are open to the public. The Polo Series will feature eight international teams this season, as well as six city teams from major U.S. cities and a few top regional rivals.
