Outdoor winter cocktail demonstration & tasting with Two Gals

Linden Place Mansion is hosting Two Gals Cocktails and guests for one more early evening cocktail demonstration and tastings, paired with sweet treats, in the open-air courtyard of the ballroom and accompanied by live music.
 
Bundle up, sit in Adirondack chairs under the festive string lights by cozy fire pits (BYOB – Bring your own blanket!) and watch as Michelle and Sandra, of Two Gals Cocktails fame, whip up delicious drinks and show you how to recreate these mixology treats at home.
 
Wednesday, Dec. 30 get ready to say good-bye to 2020 and hello to the New Year with these celebratory drinks that will surely become favorites. Featuring Pomegranate Spritzer, Apple Cider Bellini, Carmel Appletini, Vanilla Cranberry Cosmo, all served with fruit and crudités.
 
The event begins at 6 p.m. and ends at 7:30 p.m. In the case of inclement weather, the event is moved to the heated garden tent. Reservations, mask wearing (when not seated) and social distancing are required to make this event safe and fun for all! Tickets are $40 for non-members, $35 for Linden Place members. Jim McGaw

A lifelong Portsmouth resident, Jim graduated from Portsmouth High School in 1982 and earned a journalism degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1986. He's worked two different stints at East Bay Newspapers, for a total of 18 years with the company so far. When not running all over town bringing you the news from Portsmouth, Jim listens to lots and lots and lots of music, watches obscure silent films from the '20s and usually has three books going at once. He also loves to cook crazy New Orleans dishes for his wife of 25 years, Michelle, and their two sons, Jake and Max.
