Political platform statement
Why I am running for this office: The town of Tiverton has such incredible educators and the school department is facing a rough road ahead financially. I have served 2 years on the Budget Committee and I believe that experience will help inject a deep understanding of the financial aspect of our school budget. I am connected to the community as a parent of 2 young children which potentially contributes to a better of understanding of the issues that other parents like myself might be experiencing. My goal is to contribute to problem based leadership where more ideas are being shared and suggested. Every city and town needs more umbrellas instead of people predicting it will rain. I have my umbrella and am always ready for the bad weather.
