PORTSMOUTH — Lexi Greffen certainly made the most of Senior Night on Monday.
The senior led all scorers with 23 points — half of Portsmouth’s total offense — in the Patriots’ home victory against Smithfield.
Portsmouth is now 10-6 in Division I-A and 14-6 overall.
Greffen made eight of nine free-throw attempts and also scored a 3-pointer.
Also contributing on offense for the Patriots were Grace Gesmondi (8 points), Emily Colicci (6), Becca Allder (4), Sarah Amaral (3) and Molly Goulart (2).
Kat Laboissonniere was the high-scorer for the Sentinels, with 11 points.
The Patriots will next hit the road with games at No. 1-ranked South Kingstown at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 13; and at Barrington at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 20.
