While I have not researched this issue, I wonder has anyone in the town government done an analysis on why our town has so many power outages? Does National Grid have any answers? At 1am, the  number of households impacted by yesterday’s storm in Rhode Island Barrington was over 5K while other towns were minimally impacted. Is it time for underground wires? I am sure the are many hidden costs to not burying the lines. What is the issue?
