To the editor:
With respect to "ACLU targets prejudicial disciplinary practices" article in the Warren Times-Gazette published Dec. 8, 2021, and while acknowledging that children's behavior is strongly influenced by social and family conditions, does the ACLU think it beyond the realm of possibility that students who were suspended were the ones who misbehaved?
As far as can be done without violating students' privacy, the facts about these disciplinary incidents should be investigated and made public.
