Letter: Another close call on the bike path

Well, once again a very close call! Sunday Sept. 16, while crossing the bike path on North Lake Drive, another very close call!

Three people decked out in full bike attire went through the intersection without even slowing down! If it wasn't for the fact both the car in front of me and myself being on the brakes going through these dangerous crossings, a bad accident was avoided!

I've read with interest the police chief's efforts, however, I still maintain enforcement of stop signs on the bike path has to happen, and maybe bigger signs on the path!!!
