We have all heard repeatedly that the benefits to being healthy and fit include lower medical costs, better quality of life, more energy and much more. The financial expense far outweighs the benefits.  And sometimes that expense is $0.  In fact, it may already be a health insurance benefit you already have but aren’t taking advantage of. 

Check Each Program’s Website to Learn:

  • The perks each program offers
  • If your eligible for the program
  • Which fitness centers and gyms near you participate (FYI Bristol Total Fitness participates in all three programs).

You can also contact your healthcare provider directly to see which program you might be eligible for.
