Research shows that outdoor exercise can boost your physical and mental wellness during the winter. The Barrington Land Conservation Trust is offering a series of winter wellness walks of one hour or less over gentle terrain, with occasional moderate inclines or uneven ground, at a variety of locations around town. Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature.
