Joseph Edward DiPaola, Jr., 68, of Bristol

oseph Edward DiPaola, Jr., 68, died Sunday, July 22, 2018, at Miriam Hospital.

He was the husband of Suzanne (LaRochelle) DiPaola. Joseph was born in Providence, a son of the late Joseph E. and Mary (Palumbo) DiPaola Sr.

Joseph had worked at Blount Marine for many years, then Bevco and Jade and was a machinist for Hanscom in Warren, which he really liked, for a short time before getting ill.

A lifelong Bristol resident, he was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.

Joe loved to ride his motorcycle and also liked watching NASCAR. He loved his family very much and would do anything for them.

Joe is survived by his best friend, soul mate and wife, Suzanne, and his brother, Glenn DiPaola of Tabernacle, N.J.

Joe was the greatest husband, brother, son, uncle and friend anyone could have. He will be so missed.

He was the uncle to Rachael Correa, Victoria LaRochelle, Christopher Correa, Matthew Correa, William LaRochelle, Courtney LaRochelle, Megan Koontz, Ashley Renee Koontz, and great-uncle to Stefphon Miller, Deavon Miller, Joshua Miller, Brianna Correa, Ivy Rose Correa, Skylar Correa, Macyn Ann Koontz, William Beau, Emmitt Brooks and Nicholas Tate.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his calling hours on Thursday, July, 26 ,2018, from 4 to 8 p.m. in the SMITH FUNERAL and MEMORIAL SERVICES, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren, R.I.
