How over the top are you for Trump?

Posted

Let’s get this right out of the way. It is perfectly fine for you to like and support President Donald Trump. The issue is whether you have retained any objectivity. Are you able to differentiate between what he does or says that is right vs. what is wrong? Here is a test.

Do you agree or disagree with the following comments:

“…My nuclear button is a much bigger and more powerful one than his, and my button works”.

Actually, that was a trick question. If you agree with his expressing such a sentiment as the president of the United States you can stop right now. You are over the top. Freud would have a field day with the president and you.

Assuming that you hesitated to endorse such a declaration, please continue:

“Crooked Hillary Clinton’s top aid (sic) has been accused of disregarding basic security protocols. She put classified passwords into the hands of foreign agents”…. “Jail (her)”

“I’m automatically attracted to beautiful women-I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even want you can do anything. Grab ‘em by the pussy. You can do anything”.

Was this “usual locker room talk?”

Mr., Trump said this wasn’t his voice. Do you believe the tape was altered?

“The policies in this bill will cut taxes for hardworking families and put our economy on a path of sustainable economic growth and job creation. …The tax cut will be “one of the great Christmas gifts for the middle class.” I do not personally benefit from this tax bill and will, in fact, pay more taxes.

Donald Trump retweeted an apparent snuff video with footage depicting a brutal murder carried out by an Islamist mob that had been posted by a far right British political activist.

Mr. Trump claimed that he won a "landslide" Electoral College victory. He also asserted that he won the popular vote if the millions of people who voted illegally had been prevented from voting.

He stated that he worked hard to keep the Ford motor company plant in Kentucky since the CEO decided not to move to Mexico after Mr. Trump’s efforts.
We have begun to drain the swamp of government corruption.

Enough already. So, if you agreed with the truth of all the propositions you are irrevocably lost. If you agreed with most but not all, please take 2 aspirin and call me in the morning. If you disagreed with all of the statements you, too, have a blind spot and are unable to give him any credit whatsoever.

Mr. Trump’s narcissistic ramblings are responsible for most of his problems. Actions speak louder than words. His New Year resolution should have been to cease gilding the lily. It looks so far like he never made such a commitment. Oy!
