Mr. Katz is a specialist in American and European works on paper, and a former Curator in the Prints and Photographs Division at the Library of Congress. At the Library, he managed the unparalleled print collections, curated two dozen exhibitions, and led the effort to collect pictorial works documenting 9/11.
His exhibition credits with the field of Depression-era art include “Life of the People” for the Library of Congress and “The American Scene on Paper”, published by the Georgia Art Museum.
