Golfer McKinnon wins Aquidneck High School Cup
Jack McKinnon, 18, a recent graduate of Tiverton High School, hoists the Aquidneck High School Champion Cup with Aquidneck Land Trust Executive Director Chuck Allot. Mr. McKinnon won the cup with a low score of 88 at the Land Trust’s Monday, July 13, tournament at Newport National Golf Club. The cup will be housed at Tiverton High School until next year. This year, the event drew 90 golfers and raised $30,000 for Aquidneck Land Trust.
