Five business organizations are working together to create a month of free fitness and health classes in the East Bay. Throughout the month of January, participants can take advantage of free classes, per the schedule below.
To receive the free admission, they need to bring with them one of the "Fitness Finds" calendars now available in nearly a dozen locations.
