Free fitness classes in January

Five business organizations are working together to create a month of free fitness and health classes in the East Bay. Throughout the month of January, participants can take advantage of free classes, per the schedule below.

To receive the free admission, they need to bring with them one of the "Fitness Finds" calendars now available in nearly a dozen locations.

STEP 2: Bring the flyer to class as your "ticket" to enjoy a free class per the following schedule:
  • Jan. 1, 6 p.m.: Slow Flow Vinyasa, Bristol Yoga Studio, Bristol
  • Jan. 2, 9 a.m.: Urban Rebounding, 426 Fitness, Warren
  • Jan. 4: 9:30 a.m.: Full Body Sweat, Anytime Fitness, Bristol
  • Jan. 5, 8 a.m.: HIIT, 426 Fitness
  • Jan. 6, 6:15 p.m.: Kripalu Yoga, Beloved: a yoga practice
  • Jan. 7, 8 a.m.: HIIT, Bayside YMCA, Barrington
  • Jan. 8, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.: Open Gym Pass, Anytime Fitness, Bristol
  • Jan. 9, 4-6:30 p.m.: 8-Minute Session, Anytime Fitness, Bristol
  • Jan. 10: One Free Week, TSantos Fit
  • Jan. 11, 8 a.m.: Group Personal Training, 426 Fitness, Warren
  • Jan. 12: One Free Week, TSantos Fit
  • Jan. 13, 10:15 a.m.: BodyFlow, Bayside YMCA, Barrington
  • Jan. 14, 6:30 p.m.: Yin Yoga, Beloved: a yoga practice
  • Jan. 15, 5:30 p.m.: BodyCombat, Bayside YMCA, Barrington
  • Jan. 16, 9:30 a.m.: Group Session HIIT, Anytime Fitness, Bristol
  • Jan. 17, 5:30 p.m.: Zumba, 426 Fitness, Warren
  • Jan. 18, 9-10 a.m.: Get Your Golf Game Ready, OPT, Barrington
  • Jan. 20, 4-5 p.m.: Meditation, Bayside YMCA, Barrington
  • Jan. 21, 6:30 p.m.: Sculpt and Tone, Anytime Fitness, Bristol
  • Jan. 22, 6 p.m.: Slow Flow Vinyasa, Bristol Yoga Studio, Bristol
  • Jan. 23, 5:30 p.m.: Zumba, Bayside YMCA, Barrington
  • Jan. 24, One Free Week, TSantos Fit
  • Jan. 26, 8 a.m.: Yoga, Bayside YMCA, Barrington
  • Jan. 28, 5:30 p.m.: Pilates, Bayside YMCA, Barrington
  • Jan. 29, 6 p.m.: Slow Flow Vinyasa, Bristol Yoga Studio, Bristol
  • Jan. 30, 9 a.m.: Yin Yoga, Beloved: a yoga practice

The "Fitness Finds" program is the result of a collaboration between the East Bay Chamber of Commerce, Barrington Business Association, Discover Warren, Bristol Merchants Association, and Explore Bristol.
