Frank W. Miller Jr., 53 died on July 3, 2013 after a long battle with cancer. Born in Riverside on Nov. 21, 1959, he was the beloved husband of the late Janet (McAdams) Miller.

He was the beloved son of the late Frank W. Miller. He is survived by his mother Lucille (Cardillo) Miller of Riverside; his daughter Amy Russell of Ohio, his sons Frank W. Miller III of Ohio and Michael Miller of Riverside, five grandchildren, and his sisters Tammy Miller and Laura Miller.

Burial was private. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

A lifelong Portsmouth resident, Jim graduated from Portsmouth High School in 1982 and earned a journalism degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1986.
