WHAT: Folks Fest VIII

WHEN: Saturday, Aug. 17, from 1 to 7 p.m.

WHERE: Cutler Mill, 30 Cutler St., Warren, in the back lot

COST: Free and open to the public

MORE INFO: There is no on-site parking. Parking is on Railroad Avenue and at the Park & Ride off Franklin Street.
