Fall at the Farm

Posted

Fall has come to Coggeshall! Celebrate the changing of the seasons during Fall at the Farm with our historians and animals. Coggeshall will be pulling in the harvest and preparing for winter all October by preserving crops, stockpiling firewood, and preparing the garden beds to rest.

Play historic games, race through a hay maze, leaf peep on the new nature trail, and make classic 18th-century cornhusk dolls. Join our history educators for special in-depth timed talks, or spend your time visiting our animals and enjoying the autumn air on our salt-marsh farm. Kids can also search for clues in our trick-or-treat experience, Clues & Candy, a one-of-a-kind scavenger hunt.
