The Barrington High School varsity cheer team brought home a third place finish at the Rhode Island Interscholastic League Division II Cheer Competition earlier this month.

With eight athletes on the mat, the Eagles team just missed grabbing a second place finish at the competition, which was held at the Providence Career & Technical Academy field house.

The Barrington High School cheerleaders will take the mat one last time this season at the New England Interscholastic Spirit Championship this Saturday.

Members of the Barrington High School team are Ava Maddox, Kaleigh Moran, Ava-Bella Luis, Isabella Alves, Madison Oldham, Addison Corrow, Mia Casanova, Sarah Simon, Morgane Seadale, and Abby Guertler. Jamie Testa and Kayla Toman coach the team.
