The annual Thanksgiving Day football game between Barrington and Mt. Hope high schools will be played on Thanksgiving Eve.

Officials announced the rivalry game will be played on Wednesday, Nov. 27, at 5:15 p.m. The move is likely due the weather forecast for Thanksgiving Day, which calls for heavy rain.

This year’s game will be played at Mt. Hope High School in Bristol.
