Do you agree with Warren's proposed full ban on smoking marijuana in public?

The Warren Town Council has initiated an effort to enact an ordinance banning public consumption of marijuana in all public places (including public streets and sidewalks).
Do you think marijuana should be legal to smoke in some public places? Do you agree that it should be banned from all public places? Or do you think it should be legal to smoke anywhere?
