LITTLE COMPTON — The Little Compton Democratic Town Committee announces two fundraisers in the coming days, one for Jack Reed, the other for Nellie Gorbea.

• Jack Reed fundraiser at the Moore's house - Sunday, August 25 - Libby and Raul Moore are hosting a fundraiser from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at their house at 686M West Main Road.  Committee members are asked to help with refreshments and hors d'ouvres. • Nellie Gorbea fundraiser - Tuesday, August 27 - at Dorothy Bedford and Rush Taggart's home at 596 West Main Road from 5 - 7 p.m.  Suggested donations are $250 - $500, but Ms. Gorbea said that any donation big or small will get you in the door.  Please see her event contribution page to make a donation and RSVP to Maddie LeBlank at maddie@nelliegorbea.com
