A Massachusetts commercial property firm has purchased the 1.9-acre CVS plaza on Metacom Avenue for $2.8 million.
Warren tax records show the parcel being sold in late December to GCM Warren LLC, a subsidiary of Georgetown Capital Management of Burlington, Ma. The property contains the CVS building at 615 Metacom Ave., and the offices of Rhode Island Rehabilitation Center and Rhode Island Foot Care immediately to the north at 611 Metacom Ave.
"Acquiring the Warren CVS Plaza is a fantastic fit with our strategic growth plan," David Masse, founder and manager of the firm, said Monday. "We see a great opportunity to improve the plaza through numerous capital projects and enhance the property for the community."
